Wheel body: 40 manganese steel with good hardenability is used, which is quenched and tempered and medium frequency induction hardened to ensure its strength and wear resistance.
Shaft: 45# steel is used, tempered and surface quenched by medium frequency induction heating, the surface hardness is HRC45-55, and the depth of hardened layer is 3mm-6mm, which is comprehensive.
Floating seal: chrome-aluminum alloy, hardness 65~72, working surface roughness 0.1μm-0.2μm
O-ring: Butane-acrylonitrile copolymer is used to produce butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber raw material, which has good oil resistance and high temperature resistance.
